Illness

I seem to have caught a cold/virus that’s been doing the rounds. Most of partner’s workmates had it, then partner, then my mum and now me.

Normally when I have a virus or cold, it goes straight to my chest and I’m barking like an old dog. Not so. This time it’s gone into my hips.

My Worse Hip is sending waves of pain through it at regular intervals. The pain takes me off-guard as it feels as if it’s in the bone. One person told me viruses can indeed go into the bone while my mum mentioned it can cause heart problems.

Long and short of it, I’m dead.

I was camped on the couch with ponies and blankets when my Worse Hip was in crippling pain at the weekend.

Have toove chronic pain and having a virus on top of it.
